Hi there! My name is Dannielle Rae Johnson!

I grew up in a very artistic artsy-crafty household. We made everything; clothes, furnishings, toys… so, I guess the idea of creating something was instilled at a very young age.
I drew cartoons, Disney characters and graffiti art on paper and book covers for friends at school.
My ART has always been more of a "surprise, you drew that pretty well" kind of thing.

After working as a housepainter, I realized that everything could be transformed with paint--and, I wanted to paint everything. Painting for me is an “otherworld” experience…and I’m completely addicted!!

I love using recyclable materials-old barn wood, found items etc. I tend to mix mediums- paper, markers, ink, paint, embellishments- and have a cartoon-like, whimsical style!
